They all contain our signature herbal blend, providing comforting aromas and healing benefits.DIRECTIONS: HOT PACK: Place Neck Pillow in microwave and heat for 2 minutes.If needed, heat in additional 30-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Place around neck and snap to secure position. Caution: To avoid burning the skin, check temperature with back of hand before placing around neck. COLD PACK: Spray lightly with water. Place in plastic bag in freezer for 2-3 hours. HEAT IN MICROWAVE ONLY.Do not heat in conventional oven.Follow heating instructions carefully – excessive heat may cause contents to burn or lose their therapeutic properties.•Be sure microwave is clean and pillow is not touching inner walls before heating pillow.•Heating times depend upon strength of a Microwave which varies from 500W to 1400W. The higher the wattage, the less time required to heat your Pillow.•If microwave turntable is not rotating, re-shift and reposition Pillow every minute to avoid hot spots.•When reheating, do so at only half of original time, as inner core will still be holding heat.•Do not exceed heating time of 5 minutes for any Pillow.CLEANING:Unzip the cover and remove the herbal pack.Machine wash the cover in cold water and dry on medium heat.
